We do not sell your Personal Information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we have not sold any Personal Information in the preceding 12 months.

3. The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) Exemption

As a financial institution and professional tax preparer, Citadel Partners LLC is subject to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and its implementing regulations.

The CCPA/CPRA does not apply to Personal Information that is collected, processed, sold, or disclosed pursuant to the GLBA and its implementing regulations.

The vast majority of the Highly Sensitive Financial Data we collect to provide tax and financial services is governed by the GLBA and is therefore exempt from the CCPA/CPRA's Right to Know, Right to Delete, and Right to Opt-Out provisions.

The specific rights described below apply only to Personal Information that is not covered by the GLBA exemption (e.g., general website browsing data or marketing contact details collected before a client relationship is established).

 

4. California Consumer Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights concerning your Personal Information that is not exempt under GLBA:

A. Right to Know

You have the right to request that we disclose what Personal Information we have collected, used, disclosed, and/or sold about you over the past 12 months.

B. Right to Delete

You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Information, subject to certain exceptions (such as legal or regulatory retention requirements).

C. Right to Correct

You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information that we maintain about you.
